On first listen to the new and highly anticipated Van Halen (with David Lee Roth intact) record I was a bit let down but I stuck it on my I-pod anyways. I’m glad I did because it has definitely grown on me. As the title would suggest it is all about tattoos but I’m unsure about what he means when he sings “sexy dragon magic” it seems slightly random but it works well with the song. Overall it’s a sexy song with an old school Van Halen sound to it but it also has a modern edge which will appeal to those who are not massive fans of the old material or a younger audience who are not familar with the old material.
